User Agreement for Yaca App

Thank you for choosing Yaca. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and Yaca ("we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of the Yaca mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to follow the terms set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms in this Agreement, you should discontinue using the App immediately.

2. Registration and Account Responsibility

To access specific features of the App, you may need to create a personal account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and current information when registering.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Yaca reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree to refrain from:

• Any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Misusing the App to upload or distribute malicious content, spam, or content that violates another’s rights.
• Attempting to interfere with the operation of the App, such as trying to bypass security measures.

Yaca reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these usage terms.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All materials in the App, including but not limited to logos, designs, and text, are owned or licensed by Yaca and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or modify these materials without Yaca's prior written consent.

You grant Yaca a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display any content you submit to the App, such as feedback or suggestions.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our data collection and usage practices. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yaca:

• Does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
• Disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limits liability for damages arising from your use of the App to the maximum extent permitted, excluding liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yaca, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the App.

8. Termination and Modification

Yaca reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated any part of this Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.

Yaca may also update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of local. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of local.
